Fluted planters with a textured vertical surface, in four colours.

It is a detail that works particularly hard in groups. A run of ribbed pots along a wall, or a matched pair flanking an entry, creates rhythm without needing any change in colour or size — the surface does the work that variation would otherwise have to. Against flat render, painted brick or frameless glass, the fluting gives an otherwise plain elevation something to read.

Each grooved planter is handmade from lightweight fibreglass and suited to both indoor and outdoor use. The ribbing is formed into the piece rather than applied to it, so these ribbed surface pots will not wear at the high points over time the way a surface treatment can.
